My Happy Place!!

Okay, so now when someone tells me to go to my happy place, I will go to my bathroom! See how happy it is!! I just painted it. Notice the paint can in the floor. I'm now working on the bedroom. Yea, well, one thing leads to another....

It is all my sister's fault. I spent the night with her on Saturday and we had fun playing (more on that later); but I always return from her beautiful home and find my own extremely boring and depressing. No more, I say!

The valances were a Goodwill find, and the Tracy Porter picture came from a thrift store. Oh, how I love a sweet, thrifty bargain!!!

Sydney, the Macon Mutt

Oh, my, my, just when I think I've found the cutest little critter there is, along comes another one. Meet Sydney the Macon Mutt. He was found chasing the bunnies over at Fluffy Flowers. What's more, he lives right down the road, say about 45 miles from me. Oh, I do love him! When Felicia of Fluffy Flowers is not making critters, she is blogging about making critters. Go say hello! And don't forget to read her series about setting up a craft booth at a weekly farmers market. Very informative!

Sew, Whatcha' Workin' On?

I just received this delicious Heather Bailey fabric from The Tin Thimble and am not sure what I want to do with it. I have about six projects going on at once and can't seem to get focused on just one!

Can you believe this was my first fabric purchase from the internet? I've never been able to justify shipping costs, but with the price of gas, it is actually cheaper to buy online!! Anyhow, I'm glad I found this shop at Etsy because they have very, very fast service and some lovely, lovely fabric cuts!

Sew, what are you working on right now?

If you've never seen these Jeff Dunham videos, you have to watch them! So funny, although, oops, not always politically correct! But I make no apologies. I think he is hilarious!
